Deadline: 2 years from confirmation of judicial tax-lien sale, then county sinking fund (39-13-108(d)(iv)(C); 39-13-110(d)).
Lien state; 4-yr redemption then tax deed (39-13-108(e)(iv)-(v)). County private resale of tax-deeded land has no surplus-return statute found—Tyler gap. No 2024–26 reform. No fee cap.
