57-1-29: costs, debt, then balance to entitled persons or clerk. Official pro se forms. No pre-escheat fee cap or assignment bar found. Trustee may skip the court and pay directly.

Deadline: County hold often ≥90 days after ratification, then State Treasurer UP (Utah Co. 3.04.150 / 59-2-1351.1(7)).
